Sadly, we were unable to secure campsites for this year's all church campout.  Although the event was a great success in 2007 with many people making new and closer friendships, there will be no campout this year.

 

The California State Parks reservation system has a very small window of opportunity for making reservations.  And since the campground that is most ameanable to our needs is also the campground that serves the very popular Pismo Dunes that window is made even smaller because of competition for sites

 

Well, we missed the first registration date.  And by the time we were able to attempt a reservation, the entire campground was unavailable for the dates we need.  So, we will have to pick up the annual tradition next year. 

We sure hope that you won't be too disappointed.  We are looking into other options for an all-church getaway.  Keep checking back on the site.
