If you were planning on joining us for the Memorial Day Picnic at Hickey Park, the original information on the website was not updated as it should have been.  Some information was wrong and other information was left out.

 

First the corrected information.  We are providing the chicken and the ribs for the main course of the day.  So, unless you don't want either of those items for your entree, please don't feel obligated to bring one of your own.  Instead, if your last name begins with A-K, please bring a side dish; if your last name begins with L-Z, please bring a dessert.  As you prepare your food contribution please make enough for your family plus 4 more people.  Thanks for the patience with our error!

 

There is a parking fee at Hickey Park.  To use their parking lot will cost $6.00 per vehicle, $5.00 per senior citizen driven vehicle.  There is some street parking available.  Please car pool to save money.  If there is any inconvenience caused by this cost,  please let Bruce know so that we can pay for your parking for you.

 

Epic is also providing all of the paper products and utensils for your meal. There is no need for you to bring your own plates of flat ware.  We will also have bottled water and iced tea for you.  If you would like other beverages, please bring some for yourself.
